Information about preordering with us

To place a preorder, simply add the preorder item to cart and complete checkout.

It is imperative that a correct and monitored email address is on all orders containing preorder items. We rely on this to contact you about your preorder.

Release dates are accurate for the most part but are not guaranteed to us by the distributor. We will ship your items as soon as they are paid for and the shipment arrives.

Our lowest possible preorder pricing will be via earlybird preorders paid by bank transfer.

Payments toward preorder items are non-refundable given only a change of mind. We are happy to work with you if you can let us know why you need to cancel.

Earlybird preorders:

We will make available a quantity of items that have shown a recent history of steady supply. We will guarantee your preorder under all reasonable circumstances if paid in full by the deadline stated in the product description. You may pay using any method available at checkout or by bank transfer.

Reservations:

All $0 preorder options are considered reservations with no obligation to buy - you may cancel or reduce quantities by ignoring our payment request without notifying us. You may increase the quantity by placing another order. We do not guarantee your preorder price if payment is not made on time. The deadline for each item will be made clear when payment is requested.

If you place preorders for items with release dates more than a month a part, each item ships separately as it’s available. If the dates are less than a month apart, we may wait until everything arrives before we ship. In stock items in the same order will not ship separately.

Allocated items:

In cases where supply is allocated, we cannot guarantee fulfillment of preorders. We are simply not told our final allocation far in advance. Once quantities are confirmed, we reserve the right to allocate stock as we see fit. You are not obligated to follow through with any reservations however we may refuse future service if large reservations are cancelled.
